Privacy notice

What happens to the details you send through our call back form.

This page explains what happens to the details you send through the call back form on this site. Last updated October 16, 2026.

What we collect

When you send a call back request, we get what you type into the form:

  • Your name
  • Your phone number
  • Your town or ZIP code
  • What happened (the option you pick)
  • Anything else you write in the optional message box

We also get the address of the page you sent the form from. We don't ask for your email address, your insurance details or any payment information.

How we use it

We use your details to call you back about your water damage. As the form says, we can share your details with a local restoration company so they can call you about your job. We don't use your details for anything unrelated to your request.

How it is sent and kept

The form sends your request to us by email. The website itself doesn't store your request, and our server logs don't record your name, phone number, town or message. Your request stays in our email until we delete it.

Spam check and visit counts

The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, a security check that helps stop automated spam. Cloudflare runs it and handles the data it collects under the Cloudflare privacy policy. The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which also gives us basic page visit counts.

Calls and texts

We or the restoration company will only contact you about the request you sent. If you no longer want a call, tell whoever calls you, or send another request with "no call" in the message box.

Asking us to delete your details

Send a request through the contact form with "delete my details" in the message box, using the same name and phone number, and we will delete the request we have from you.

Water in your house right now?

Shut off the main water valve, keep clear of wet outlets and cords, and take a few photos. Then send us your details. The sooner drying starts, the less of the house has to come out.
